Which types of jewelry do you support?

We support four main jewelry categories: necklaces, earrings, bracelets/bangles, and rings. We use AI prompts specially optimized for each category.

How long do results take?

Photo processing usually takes 15-30 seconds, on-model try-on images 20-40 seconds, and video generation 1-2 minutes.

Are my uploaded images used to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Every image you upload is used only for your own job and is never used for model training. This commitment is stated explicitly in our Terms of Use.

Which tools are available?

Our main tools: Studio Photo (professional product imagery), Virtual Try-On (photo and video), Jewelry Video (on-model promo video), and 3D Model (interactive 3D view).

Which file formats do you support?

Accepted Answer

We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP. The maximum file size is 15 MB. The EXIF data of uploaded images is automatically stripped to protect your privacy.

Can I choose skin tone and gender for the model try-on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer 7 different skin tones (from very light to dark) and female/male model options. You can also set the aspect ratio yourself.

Which plans are available?

Starter Paketi (₺999/one-time) — 500 credits · Pro Paketi (₺3.399/one-time) — 1800 credits · Premium Paketi (₺8.499/one-time) — 4500 credits. Each plan works as a 30-day credit pack — there is no automatic renewal.

Is there automatic renewal?

No. Your plan does not renew automatically at the end of 30 days. We send email reminders on days T-7, T-3, and T-1 before your period ends. Renewing is entirely your choice.

How are payments made?

Payments are processed through the Shopier secure payment infrastructure. You can use a credit card, debit card, and other Shopier-supported payment methods. Your card details are never stored on Dahwo servers.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Although the right of withdrawal does not legally apply to this instantly-performed digital service, we offer a voluntary refund assurance beyond the statutory minimum: a full refund if you request an entirely unused package within 24 hours of purchase; and within 14 days, a refund in proportion to that purchase's unused credits (the used portion is not refunded). How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account from the Settings page. This action is irreversible — your account details are anonymized and your access is terminated.

Can I sign in with a Google account?
